We are looking for a Digital Transformation Coordinator - Project Manager to join the Digital, Data & IT Team of a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry.
👉🏻 You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various digital initiatives within the organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of digital projects, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication channels. Additionally, you will collaborate in the development and implementation of digital strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with relevant regulations.
➡️ Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan, execute, and monitor digital projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support digital project activities and objectives.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including project updates, status reports, and issue resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital strategies to enhance the organization's digital capabilities and competitive advantage.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the digital domain and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users to ensure the effective use of digital tools and systems.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
➡️ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in digital project management tools and relevant digital software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve digital issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
