Business Intelligence Manager

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join a leading multinational company, taking on a strategic role within the Commercial Intelligence team.
This position will play a key role in aligning business decisions with strategic data, defining customer segmentation models, designing incentive schemes, and elevating the analytical maturity across the organization.
In addition, the role will serve as the local CRM lead, with cross-functional influence over Product, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Finance teams.
The main focus will be to drive salesforce effectiveness and promote the adoption of a more efficient and personalized customer engagement model.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the customer segmentation and targeting strategy, including criteria for coverage, frequency, and territorial distribution.
Lead the design and monitoring of sales incentive plans, aligned with commercial objectives.
Serve as the local CRM reference, ensuring data quality, system administration, and its strategic application across teams.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analyses (sales, coverage, engagement), using tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
Identify opportunities through insights and market intelligence, driving improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with regional teams to align Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) processes with global standards, adapting them to the local context.
Lead digital innovation projects in commercial channels (e.g. chatbots, hybrid interaction models, and other emerging solutions).
🧠 Profile We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Commercial Excellence roles.
Solid experience in incentive model design, segmentation, commercial analysis, and CRM management (Salesforce, Qlik, Power BI, or similar).
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Health Sciences, or related fields. MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus.
Advanced English (spoken and written), for frequent interaction with international teams.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with leadership and influence capabilities.
Prior experience in multinational environments or complex commercial structures.
A mindset focused on continuous improvement, digital transformation, and results.
📍 Location & Work Modality
Hybrid work model: minimum of 2 in-office days per week in West Buenos Aires.
